What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (though I aim to mail within a day or two) via USPS. Fulfillment emails with tracking numbers are provided when an order has shipped.

Once an item has been shipped, I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please carefully review product descriptions and email any questions before making your purchase. All sales are final.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to ongoing COVID delays & restrictions, as well as the new VAT policies in the UK and EU, I currently only ship within North America (U.S., Canada, & Mexico). I do hope to ship internationally in the future—I’ll update my website and social media platforms when I do!

As an alternative, some of my customers use services (i.e. Shipito) that give them a U.S. address to ship packages from U.S. makers/companies to. They then get bundled together and shipped overseas to them!

 

Do you take commissions?

Not currently. I’m a one woman show with a full-time job on top of my artistic endeavors, so I don’t feel comfortable taking commissions on at this time. If that changes at any point I’ll be sure to update via my website and Instagram.

 

Do you do collaborations?

Yes! I love to collaborate with other artists. If you have an idea in mind or are interested in a collaboration, please get in touch!

 

Can I order wholesale, or stock your work in my shop?

If you have a brick & mortar location, absolutely! Online sales are reserved to my site, or for virtual markets I’m participating in. Please reach out to me via email at erika@death-of-seasons.com, and we can work out which items you’d like to stock!
